Each year, 8,000,000 animals enter American shelters. 4,000,000 of them are killed. Since becoming a journalist in the pet space, I’ve learned so much and had the opportunity to interview experts in many areas. One of them is a man named Nathan Winograd, a leader in the No Kill Movement.
The No Kill Movement’s mantra is making all shelters No Kill. We’ve heard for years that animals must be euthanized because supply far outweighs demand.
